Mission Statement: Helping young individuals excel through scholarships and sports

Gurdial S. Purewal, was a true believer in helping others, his saying in life was “give unto others”. He supported his children in all that they did and would attend every game and every tournament played. He instilled the value that providing support to any athlete will help them excel in sports and in life.

With this in mind, we have created a non-profit memorial to continue our Dad’s philosophy of giving unto to others. Our goal is to raise money by hosting events such as a basketball tournament to fund high school scholarships and make donations to local non-profit youth sports programs.

Today I feel sorry for you for you are here to grieve,
It’s tough to lose one, even though it’s true that I will not leave.
There will be times here and there when you don’t know my presence,
But in those times sit quiet, be still, and you will feel my essence.
When you miss my face and feel sad,
Look to my boys and girls, so you can see their dad.
Hear their voices and see those funny little things that they do,
And you’ll know when you see my smile or deal with my stubbornness, that what I said is true.
When you come to my house I won’t be where you’re used to seeing me,
But don’t be sad, fill my house with joy from telling those stories you know of me being me.
Find a nice view and have a drink for me every now and then,
Enjoy the company of loved ones with a smile and laugh as I did til’ the end.
Forgive and forget,
And fulfill your life, so like me you’ll have been without regret.
In these things that you do, I will be forever near,
As I send you my love from my place on the couch with a blanket up here.
Til’ we meet again, I bid you and this world adieu,
In your minds and hearts I’ll dwell, for my journey on earth is through.
